The effect of usage of cupper, zinc and Cernevit® flacon on hepatic healing in rats which underwant experimental blunt hepatic trauma

After blunt trauma we frequently observation solid organ injured. Developed image method by means of a lot of case follow to nonoperabl. Nonoperabl approach increase in this times. With this reason the research go on increase recover agent in the solid organ injured. İn this study we aimed evaluating the effects of zinc,cupper and vitamin complex on liver healing after blunt liver trauma.İn this study 32 number of Wistar Albino genus were used. After appication of general anesthesia to all of the rats, blunt trauma performed on a special platform. Then groups was created each of which had 8 members. In Group I any treatment wasn?t performed but orogastric zinc performed in Group II, orogastric cupper to Group III and intraperitoneal Cernevit Flacon® to Group IV. İn third day after trauma laparatomy performed in all of rats and blood sample taken from vena cava inferior, afterwords the liver of rats removed totally. İn blood sample AST, ALT, LDH level was studied. As histopatologic examination the inflamation level of liver and the rate of dyeing with Ki-67 was evaluated.After performing anesthesia and trauma, one rat was exed in each group. These rats excluded from the study. İn Group I the levels of AST, ALT and LDH were higher then other Group (p< 0,05). In Group II and III significant declining of enzyme levels was observed in comparing other Groups (p< 0,05). In Group IV there wasn?t significant declining of enzyme level (p>0,05). The highest rate of Ki-67 was in Group II and it was significent in comparison with other Groups (p<0,05). İn Group IV the rate of Ki-67 was close to group I and was significantly lower then Group II and Group III (p<0,05).As results usage of zinc and cupper decreased inflamation in liver tissue, increased healing and decreased enzyme levels. On the oher hand, Cernevit Flacon® usage didn?t provide decreased in enzyme level but decreased inflamation level.
