Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between balanced living and religiosity. For this purpose, a questionnaire consisting of a balanced life scale and piety scale was applied to 393 people aged 17-65 living in Ankara. The data obtained from the sample group was organized into a statistical data set and statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS 25 statistical package program. According to the findings obtained in the study, it was determined that there were differences, relationships, and interactions between participants ' religiosity and balanced lives and demographic variables according to the degree of significance. In addition, according to Correlation and regression results, significant relationships were determined between religiosity and balanced life dimensions. As a result of the research, the relationship of balanced life sub-dimensions with religiosity was examined; there was no significant relationship between body, Success / Career, and relationship sub-dimensions and religiosity. However, a moderate positive and significant relationship was found between religiosity and spirituality/meaning sub-dimension. It was determined that the effect sub-dimension, which is one of the sub-dimensions of religiosity, did not have a significant effect on a balanced life, but the dimensions of faith, religious feeling, and worship had significant effects. Keywords: Balanced Life, Body, Success / Career, Relationship, Meaning/ Spirituality, Religiosity
