Abstract (EN)

Due to the globalization of economy, the maritime transport logistics are playing a vital role in logistics field. In this context, this study's aim is to determine whether maritime logistics service capabilities and causal relationships between firm's performances. In an attempt to these aims and based literature of business administration, logistics and maritime business administration search model and connected to it hypothesis are developed. Model of search and hypothesis are tested 377 managers of maritime transport enterprises that are active in Turkey and do transportation by merchant ships of freight. According to survey diagnosis, capabilities of maritime logistics service, firm performance has positive effected, in addition information integration capabilities of maritime logistics service capabilities that have the most impact on financial and customer service performance, as well as the capability of the speed and reliability of maritime logistics capabilities, financial, and customer service on performance has emerged that there is no impact.
