Özet (EN)

In this study, a chance constrained mathematical model is proposed to determine the location of earthquake relief containers to be used for search and rescue activities and medical aid after earthquake. Chance constrained mathematical models are used when a constraint or constraint set of deterministic models is probable. Difficult and heuristic solution methods are preferred in chance constrained modeling because the solution includes probability. The deterministic and stochastic mathematical model proposed in this study belongs to the class called p-median. Binary Genetic Algorithm (BGA) was used as the solution method in the solution of the mathematical model. The results of both deterministic and stochastic mathematical models were compared under three scenarios. As a result, there is no difference between the two scenarios.
