Abstract (EN)
Çalışmamızda 2012-2017 arasında Dicle Üniversitesi Hastanesinde DBE nedenli yatış yapılan hastaların retrospektif olarak değerlendirilmesi amaçlandı. Bu çalışmada DBE'lu hastaların medikal tedaviyle tedavi olabileceği gibi acil cerrahiye rağmen geri dönüşümsüz hayatı tehdit eden durumlar ortaya çıkabilir. DBE'lu hastaların tümü ayrıntılı anamnez, muayene, görüntüleme ve laboratuar tetkikleri ışığında değerlendirilmelidir. Çok hızlı değerlendirme takip ve tedavi ile pek çok hasta morbiditesi ve mortalitesi olan bu hastalıktan kurtulabilir. Anahtar Sözcük : DBE, Trakeotomi, Ludwing
