Names of the venue in collation dictionary

Throughout history, people have felt the need to convey their feelings, thoughts and desires to someone else. Language; It is a very large structure unique to human beings that enables people to agree among themselves, responds to human needs and reflects their race, history, culture, geography and way of life. The science that studies this great structure is linguistics. Linguistics is a broad science that studies the general and special features of the language, addresses the problems of the language, examines the commonalities and differences between languages, and deals with many disciplines. The science of place names is the branch of science that takes place names as a subject of study. The science of place names, one of the most important sub-branches of linguistics, has become one of the most studied branches because it sheds light on the past and examines the language with many branches of science. It is seen that the concept of place names mostly covers special names given to a particular place; However, in the current study, the public naming given to any venue in the Compilation Dictionary and not considered in the special name category is included. In this study, one of the largest studies on dialect research in "In Turkey Compilation Dictionary of the Public Dialect" space and place names in the area have been identified. The place and venue names that were determined were evaluated from many angles and subjected to classification. In this study, a detailed public description of the place names used in the mouth and place venue in Turkey aims to contribute to science.
