Abstract (EN)
The mobile game industry has become a new and large sector with the developing technology. With the market growth in the mobile gaming industry, competition between gaming companies has increased. The first step to prolong the duration of the game, to ensure player satisfaction and to stand out in this competitive environment is to determine the player profiles. When games are developed according to profiles, companies can gain maximum profit. It has been observed that there are few studies in the literature about determining player profiles. In the study, it was aimed to determine the profiles of volunteer actors based on Nick Yee's 10 player motivation study. In this study, an application has been made on determining the gamer profile. In the study for the Clash Royale game, 34 volunteer gamers were asked questions during their time in the game, according to 10 profiles created by Nick Yee. According to the answers given, AHP application was made and profile weights were calculated for each player. In line with these calculations, the profiles of the volunteer gamers were determined.
