Abstract (EN)
It is very struggling for hospitals to find a standardized way to select appropriate suppliers or brand according to the specific needs and requirements of the dentists. Therefore, in this thesis, a matrix laboratory (MATLAB) based procurement tool is proposed with the aim of determining appropriate implant brand by using one of the multiple criteria decision analysis (MCDA) methods, TOPSIS, to carry out advantageous tender for dental hospitals.
