Abstract (EN)

Objectives: In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the cases sent to Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Forensic Medicine to obtain a certificate of disqualification and to create an evaluation form that will increase objectivity based on the reports examined. Method: In the study, approximately 629 cases, which were examined and reported by us, were evaluated retrospectively from the DÜTF Forensic Medicine Department between 01/01/2015 and 01/06/2022 for the article 31/2 of the Turkish Penal Code. was scanned. Statistical analysis of the study was performed using T test, Kruskal-Wallis and chi-square test. Results: Males constitute 96% of the children who were brought for the examination of disobedience. It is noteworthy that children who committed crimes are the second most frequently accused of terrorist organization crimes, and children who have been dragged into crimes of robbery and looting. It was seen that 76.4% of the children who were driven to crime were their first crimes, while 19.0% of them were not their first crime. It has been determined that there is a high degree of incitement to crime among the children who have committed the crime together with a group. It was observed that 12.7% of the delinquent children had people in their families who committed other crimes or were in prison. It was observed that 86.6% of the children dragged into crime had their parents together, 2.3% had separated parents, and 6.8% had one of their parents passed away. 46.8% of the delinquent children use cigarettes, 11.2% use alcohol and 12.5% use drugs. It was determined that 10.6% cases of delinquent children had a psychopathological condition. A statistically significant difference was found between the result of the Farik Dismissal report for the delinquent children and the opinion of the child psychiatrist before the report. Conclusion: Based on the findings and information we have obtained as a result of our study, we are of the opinion and belief that it is appropriate to evaluate the mental, physical, and spiritual development of the child, as well as his family, environment and upbringing conditions together, that the examination of the Ph.
