The study group of the research consists of 28 students studying in the 3rd grade of two public schools in Kozlu district of Zonguldak province in the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year. The activities in the science curriculum were used in the control group of the study, and the prepared digital stories were used in the experimental group. Quasi-experimental design, which is one of the quantitative research methods, was preferred to examine the effect of using digital stories in the science course on students' attitudes towards the science course, motivation, digital literacy and academic achievement variables. During the research process, which the implementation took took 6 weeks, 4 digital stories were applied to the experimental group. Statistical analysis of the data obtained from the research was made with the SPSS.21 program. According to the findings obtained from the research, it was observed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups after the experimental procedure. It has been determined that teaching science lessons using digital stories has a positive effect. When looking at the correlation between the pre-test and post-test results in the experimental group, it was seen that there was a significant difference in attitudes towards science and academic achievement in terms of post-test. It has been concluded that the use of digital stories positively affects attitudes towards science and academic success.
