Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of employees' perceptions of digital leadership and their technological attitudes on individual performance in the banking sector. The study was conducted within the framework of a quantitative research approach and employed a correlational survey design. Data were collected from employees in the banking sector via an online questionnaire. In the analysis process, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were used, and the extent to which digital leadership and technological attitude predict individual performance was tested through simple and multiple linear regression analyses. In addition, difference tests were utilized to determine whether the variables differed across demographic characteristics. The findings indicate positive and significant relationships between digital leadership and individual performance, and between technological attitude and individual performance. Regression results revealed that both digital leadership and technological attitude significantly predict individual performance, and that the explanatory power increases when they are considered together. Moreover, technological attitude remained a strong predictor of performance even when digital leadership was controlled for. Demographic analyses showed significant differences in some variables, whereas no significant differences were found in others.Overall, in order to strengthen individual performance in the banking sector, it is important to develop digital leadership practices and to expand organizational practices that support employees' technological attitudes.
