ABSTRACTThe Head Scarf Problem In Universities In The Contexts of Secularism and Liberty ofConscience is exemined in this thesis. Known as the entrence of Female students who wearshead scarves to universities is forbidden in Turkey.In this thesis this prohibition is exemined in the context of human rightsFirst of all secularsim is summarised, then the contact between liberty and humanrights is exemined. At the end of the study head scarf problem is argued.
