Özet (EN)
The main purpose of this research is to detect the direct and indirect interactions of religiosity and utilitarianism in the buying behavior of interest-free financial products of participation bank customers through exploratory and confirmatory analysis methods and to develop models with confirmatory character based on these relationships. In addition, the role of difference is to examine the belt. Research population; Participation Banks Association of Turkey within the scope of customers constitutes private participation banks operating in the provinces of Istanbul. In the study, where quantitative research method (quantitative research design) was used, data were collected by online survey technique. The total number of questionnaires included in the analysis and used in the analysis of the data is 395. The main statistical analyzes used in the research; descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis, difference tests, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 21 software were used to analyze the data. According to the confirmatory character analysis results; The dimension of religiosity, which represents the best representation of the religiosity tendencies of participation bank customers, is a variable of religious knowledge. The dimension that best represents the customers' perceptions of utilitarianism is the perceived usefulness variable. Finally, the best representation of customers' buying behavior is the purchase intention variable. Within the scope of the direct relations to the variables in the research model; The religiosity tendencies of the customers (belief-practice-knowledge-consequence based on experience) did not have a significant effect on purchasing behavior (purchasing attitude-purchasing intention-actual purchasing). On the other hand, usefulness perceptions of utilitarian perceptions have a positive and significant effect on the buying behaviors of participation bank customers in all dimensions (purchasing attitude-purchasing intention-actual buying). On the other hand, the perceived financial cost of utilitarian variables has a significant and negative effect on purchasing attitude and actual purchasing behavior from purchasing behaviors. The perceived usefulness variable from the perceived utilitarianism levels of the participation banks' customers was confirmed to have a significant and positive effect on all religiosity tendencies (belief-practice-knowledge-consequence based on experience). Perceptions of utilitarianism, financial cost perceptions, have a significant and negative effect on all religiosity tendencies (belief-practice-knowledge-consequence based on experience). The perceived credibility variable, another utilitarian perception, had a significant and negative effect on all dimensions of religiosity (belief-practice-knowledge-consequence based on experience). Finally, the purchasing attitude is based on the purchase intention; and the purchase intention has a significant and positive effect on the actual purchasing variable. Ultimately, it was observed that each of the X and Y generations had significant differences in terms of the studied variables.
