Abstract (EN)

INTRODUCTION: Surgical implant operations have become the most preferred treatment method for missing teeth after proving their success clinically. Increasing interest in implant applications and developing technology lead to an increase in aesthetic expectations as well as an ideal function expectation of patients. Implant-supported prosthetic treatment of tooth deficiencies in the aesthetic region, especially in the maxilla, is one of the most important cases for dentists. One of the main goals is the design of the emergence profile in order to obtain aesthetic results close to nature in implant-supported restorations in the maxillary esthetic zone and to preserve peri-implant tissue health. In order to create the emergence profile seen in natural teeth in final restorations, the use of gingival-shaped temporary restorations and the created emergence profile must be transferred to the measurements correctly. AIM: In the current approach, implant-supported fixed prosthesıs treatments have become quite common treatment methods in the absence of a single tooth. The main purpose implant-supported fixed prosthesis is to replace the missing tooth functionally and aesthetically. In addition, the compatibility of soft tissues is essential for implant-supported fixed prosthesis. The aim of our study is to determine the applicability of the aesthetic integration area (EIA) concept in order to achieve the aesthetic integration of the implant crown prosthesis and the most suitable emergence profile of the symmetrical natural tooth to the gingival contour. MATERIAL AND METHOD: Patients who applied to Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry with a single maxillary tooth deficiency and whose healing period was completed by performing implant surgeries will sign treatment consent forms indicating that they are included in the study.Then, resin composite will be added on the peek abutment with incremental layering method and soft tissue emergence profile will be done with dynamic compression technique. As a result of the appropriate waiting time, the soft tissue emergence profile will be scanned with an intraoral scanner and saved impression in STL format.The rehearsals obtained according to the procedures of the relevant techniques will be completed and the restorations will be delivered to the patients.After the appropriate waiting period,the soft tissues take their final shape, the second digital impression taken.In the final scan data obtained, the contour of the implant crown prosthesis will be compared with the contour of the symmetrical natural tooth with the guide lines in the aesthetic integration area (EIA) concept in 3D with the AutoCAD program.
