Abstract (EN)
Stress influences all members of society and the organizational stress affects all workers especially the healthcare stuff. It is impact on the doctors is concerned not only with the doctor's own happiness and health but also his/her efficiency thus relating to the health of the patients to be treated by im/her. The organizational stress of the healthcare stuff is a matter to be held strictly as the service area of the healthcare stuff is the human health. Doctor's being healthy is one of the essential factors of the society's being healthy.For this reason, we have investigated the stress-making sides of the places where the dentist Works and thus we aim to determine the stress-making factors and to seek for solutions. Fort this purpose, we did an inquiry study on 136 dentists working in institutions public and private clinics in the province of Denizli and we tried to give place to recommendations related to solutions.In this study, dentists organizational and professional terms in many stress factors faced but dentists that most affect stress factor nature of the work that goes with the job stemmed from working in public institutions of dentists working in private sector dentists relatively more exposed to stress was observed.
