Özet (EN)
Purpose: Evaluation of corneal topography findings and changes in corneal structure in patients with neovascular glaucoma Methods: This retrospective study was performed in Gaziantep University School of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology. In this study, the eyes of 30 patients with neovascular glaucoma after diabetic retinopathy were compared with those of 30 patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy. Corneal topography findings, RNFL values and Specular Microscopy measurements were compared. Results: When corneal tangential elevation maps were evaluated, a significant difference was found between the two groups in terms of central 5mm and 7mm values(p<0.05). Anterior chamber volume, anterior chamber depth and iridocorneal angle were significantly higher in the NVG group(p<0.05). In RNFL results, neural rim was significantly thinner in the NVG group(p<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of specular microscopy. Conclusions: Tangential slopes in the corneas of neovascular glaucoma patients increase. Anterior chamber volume and depth are increased in NVG patients. Key words: Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy, Neovascular Glaucoma, Corneal Topography, Specular Microscopy, Optic Nerve Head Analysis
