Özet (EN)

In this study, 19 species belong 9 generaof family Dytiscidae were collected from Bingöl and Diyarbakir provinces between September 2016 and May 2017. DNA from these species were extracted and amplified by using PCR method. The nucleotide sequences of the mitochondrial COI genes of these species were analysed and the PCR genomic sequences of the COI gene were used as molecular markers. Mitochondrial DNA sequence analysis was carried out by BLAST screening. 19 Mitochondrial COI gene sequences of these species were compared and phylogenetic tree was built by using MEGA 7.0 programme, used for the species identification. DNA sequences by using two different analyzed methods were analyzed with Neighbor-joining and Minimum Evolution methods. The nucleotide sequence analysis showed that the similarity of specimens collected from various locations in Bingöl and Diyarbakir provinces were as below: %100 similarity to Agabus faldermanni (Zaitzev (1927), 99% similarity to Agabus biguttatus (Olivier, 1795), Agabus bipustulatus (Linnaeus, 1767), Agabus conspersus (Marsham, 1802), Agabus glacialis (Hochhuth, 1846), Agabus nebulosus (Forster, 1771), Bidessus calabricus (Guignot, 1957), Hydroglyphus geminus (Fabricius, 1792), Hydroporus planus (Fabricius, 1782), Hydroporus pubescens (Gyllenhal, 1808), Ilybius chalconatus (Panzer, 1796), Laccophilus minutus (Linnaeus, 1758), Laccophilus poecilus (Klug, 1834) and Nebrioporus stearinus suavis (Sharp, 1882); 98% similarity to Hydroporus discretus Fairmaire and Brisout, 1859, Hydroporus tessellatus (Drapiez, 1819) and Scarodytes halensis halensis (Fabricius, 1787); 97% similarity to Hydroporus palustris (Linnaeus, 1761) and Liopterus haemorrhoidalis (Fabricius, 1787).
