Abstract (EN)
In this study, the physical and chemical analysis of wellbore drinking water in Diyarbakır province were investigated. In order to understand whether it is appropriate to the standards for this purpose, sixty samples were collected from wellbore drinking water in thirty different region of Diyarbakır province and districts related the Diyarbakır city. The HNO3 acid was added thirty these samples and the levels of heavy metal (Al, B, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mo, Mn, Ni, Pb, Se, Sn, Zn, Na, K, Ca, Mg As, Hg) were investigated the samples were analyzed by ICP ? OES method the level of Hg and As were investigated by hydride system technique. The obtained analysis results were compared with TS-266, WHO and EU. The Se ratio in twenty five samples were found to be higher than the standards. The level of Pb in Develi, Erimli and Gözegöl wellbore was found to be above the standards. And the level of Cr in Çarıklı and the level of B in Sarıdallı, Develi, Büyükadı and Havacılar was also found to be above the standards. The hardness value in all wellbore drinking water was found to be very hard, hard, light hard, soft and very soft. The pH, colour, odour, conductivity and turbidity values were found to be in the range of standard values. However samples collected from Başil, Tanışık and Güvercinli was found to be very hard. Therefore, this samples were found to be savorless. The anion values (NO3-, NO2-, Cl-, F-, SO4-, CN- and NH3 ) were found to be in the range of standard drinking water. It can be concluded that it will not cause any risk on public health except of Develi, Erimli and Gözegöl if the wellbore drinking water is examined microbiologically and chlorinated.
