Özet (EN)
In this study; the aim of this study was to determine the morphological characteristics of domestic winter squash genotypes grown in Diyarbakır and to determine the genotypes that can be cultivated economically in terms of yield and quality. The study was carried out in 2017 in Dicle University Faculty of Agriculture Gardening Application and Research. 33 materials collected from the districts of Diyarbakır were used. The properties of these 33 materials were determined according to UPOV criteria. Observation and measurements were taken in seedlings, plants, fruits and seeds. Apart from these, different observations and measurements were adapted to UPOV criteria. As a result of observations and measurements between genotypes. It is determined that these characteristics are K25 with the highest fruit weight, K27 with the lowest fruit crust thickness, K22 with the lowest fruit hardness, K26 with the highest fruit crust hardness, and K30 genotypes with the highest seed amount are the promising types fort he improvement studies. It is thought that these types have the quality of healing material as a suitable variety candidate for the region.
