Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted in Diyarbakır, Batman and Mardin Provinces in the Southeastern Anatolia Region between 2022-2024. During the study, weekly land visits were made between April and August. Zygaenids were collected in fixed traps (Hazro and Eğil of Diyarbakır; Merkez and Kozluk of Batman; Mazıdağı and Savur districts of Mardin) with the help of pheromone traps (EFETOV-2 and Theresimima ampellophaga pheromone) at the exits. In addition, sampling was conducted within the scope of survey studies in all districts of these three provinces and zygaenids were collected. Additionally, sampling was conducted in all districts of these three provinces as part of the survey, and zygaenids were collected. A total of six species belonging to the genera Jordanita Verity, 1946, Adscita Retzius, 1783, Theresimima Strand 1917 and Zygaena Fabricius, 1775, belonging to the family Zygaenidae, were collected. . These; Jordanita (Praviela) anatolica (Naufock, 1929), J. (Jordanita) graeca (Jordan, 1907), J. (Solaniterna) subsolana (Staudinger, 1862), Theresimima ampellophaga (Bayle-Barelle, 1808), Adscita (Adscita) obscura (Zeller, 1847) and Zygaena (Mesembrynus) graslini (Lederer, 1855) (Lepidoptera: Zygaenidae) species. Efetov-2 pheromone and T.ampellophaga-specific pheromone were used in delta-type traps at fixed locations. Two species of the Procridinae subfamily, Jordanita (Praviela) anatolica (Naufock, 1929) and Adscita (Adscita) obscura (Zeller, 1847), were caught in these traps by the Efetov-2 pheromone. It was determined that the month with the highest diversity and population of species in these three provinces studied in the Southeastern Anatolia Region was May. In addition, it was determined that all six species were found in the Mazıdağı district of Mardin. It has been determined that the vine eyeworm, T. ampellophaga, produces one generation per year in the region and adult flights last from mid-June to mid-July.
