Abstract (EN)
Solar simulators are used to observe various effects of the sun on objects in laboratory environment. This study focuses on the aging effects of the sun. Nowadays, there are simulators with different sources of light, mainly Xenon-arc bulbs due to their similarity to the solar spectrum. Diode-excited solid-state lasers are less powerful and more common sources than arc bulbs. It is also aimed to use the second harmonics of the lasers to approximate the solar spectrum, thus reducing the number of laser sources required. Although the use of diode-excited laser sources and second harmonic generation may increase the difficulty of realization of the thesis, it was deemed necessary in terms of cost and availability. The study was carried out theoretically by comparing existing laser and optical equipment and the data obtained were compared with both sun and existing solar simulators.
