Özet (EN)
The aim of the thesis that to provide culture plant adaptation to salty soilcondition with reproduced natural mycorrhizae. The experiment was carried inRizospher Laboratory and greenhouse conditions out at University of Cukurova,Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Soil Science. During the study, three differentexperiments were established. In the first experiment, the citrus plants were growthon two different growth mediums (3:1 v/v andezitic tufa and menzilat soil) with andwithout mycorrhizal incoulum (G. mossea) and they were irrigated by three differentlevel of salt (0, 1000, 2000 μmhos/cm). The second experiment was established topropogate the natural mycorrhizea which was grown halofite plants rizospher in saltysoil. Rizospher part of Euphorbia paralis, Cakila maritime, Conyza canadensis,Echium angustifolium, Inula vicosa, Ambrosia maritime, which were lived in sandyand salty areas and taken natural mycorrhizae was produced with Trifolium sp. hostplant to apply trap culture method. Third experiment was established to compareproduced natural mycorrhizae in salty area and other selected mycorrhizea typesadaptation in Citrus sp. Plant. Eight weeks later, this experiment was tried to irrigatewith salty water which includes 2000 μmhos/cm NaCl, to provide salty conditiontrunk, leaf and root dry weight, root infection, root height, spore production, N, P, K,Zn, Mn and Cu were detected with analyses. In conclusion in that experiment the best solidity was detected at 1000μmhos/cm salty condition in Citrus sp. plants. In addition, this study was showed usthat natural mycorrhizea, which was taken from salty places, was worked at cultureplants and it was supported taking nutrient elements and plant growing. However, mycorrhizae was worked better plants, which were grown under andezitic tufa: soil:composite (6:3:1 V/V) mixture condition. According to result mycorrhizalinoculation strongly responded to salt stress. Keywords: Host plant, growth medium, spore production, mycorrhizae varieties
