57 SUMMARY TO RESEARCH THE PROBLEMS OF DOCTORS, NURSES AND PATIENTS BY USING MULTIVARIATE CLUSTER ANALYSIS The prospect of this study was to determine the nature of the problems encountered in hospital services, with respect to doctors, nurses and patients. The relevant variables were analyzed by hyerarchic clustering methods.
