Effect of circular economy and green management practices on the growth performance of the company through innovation

The study aims to investigate to what extent the circular economy, green management practices and innovation affect the growth performance of the company by taking the sample groups of the organizations that carry out manufacturing activities selected based on the survey study. With this aim, in order to determine the results of the effect of circular economy and green management on the growth performance of the firm through innovation, a questionnaire consisting of 79 questions in five sections and using a 7 point Likert scale was prepared. 403 questionnaires suitable for the study were collected. In the literature, there are many studies on the factors affecting innovation and the growth performance of the firm. Green management and especially circular economy are the issues that have been started to be researched in the recent past, the research on it has increased and its popularity is increasing day by day. However, there are no studies in the literature that measure the impact of circular economy, green management and innovation on the growth performance of the firm. In the analysis results, it was observed that the innovation and efficiency provided by green management had a direct and positive effect on growth performancee, and that the financial dimension of green management had a negative effect. The circular economy concept has not found any effect on growth performance of the firm. It has been concluded that the studies on increasing the awareness of the circular economy, its widespread use and understanding its importance are insufficient and should be increased. In line witf the results,the results of the research were discussed and suggestions were made to both academicians and business administrators.
