The second questionnaire is Emotional Labor Scale which consists of 13 questions and was adapted by Basım and Beğernirbaş (2012). And the third questionnaire is Work Stress Scale which was developed and used for analysing work stress of elementary school administrators and teachers who work in private educational institutions by Ekinci (2006). The Work Stress Scale consists of 24 questions. According to the analysis results, male teachers have more genuine acting than female teachers. And marital status doesn't have a moderating effect on emotional labor's dimensions but in some ways single teachers feel more work stress than married teachers. In addition, while age hasn't any effect on emotional labour, it has a modetaring effect on work stress. On the other hand, the experience doesn't impact on emotional labor and working time in the workplace doesn' impact on work stress. In reseach, surface acting impacts on work stress and it increases work stress in point of some factors. Keywords: Emotional Labor, Work Stress, Education
