It was seen a high relation between 'positive utilization', 'empathic sensitivity' and 'personal success' variances. In addition to this, a negative relation was also found as an another finding between 'emotional appraisal', 'positive regulation, 'empathic sensitivity' and ''emotional exhaustion'. Besides certain relations was found between sub dimensions of emotional intelligence with marital status, administrative function, experience and sub dimensions of burnout with gender, marital status, administrative function, staff position problems, age, title and experience.
