Özet (EN)

The rapid advancements in information and communication technologies have led to fundamental changes in the delivery of public services, bringing e-Government applications to the forefront. Today, many public services are offered in digital environments, allowing citizens to access these services easily, regardless of time and location. With the widespread adoption of e-Government systems, the quality of these services and their impact on citizen satisfaction have become significant areas of research. Service quality is shaped not only by technical adequacy but also by users' perceptions and experiences. In this context, how e-Government services are perceived by citizens and how these perceptions influence satisfaction levels are frequently addressed in the public administration literature. This study aims to examine the impact of e-Government service quality on citizen satisfaction, using the province of Diyarbakır as a case study. The research evaluates service quality through specific dimensions. A quantitative research method was adopted, and the survey data obtained from 693 participants were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The study aims to contribute to evaluations based on user experiences and to reveal the effectiveness of digital public services at the regional level.
