Abstract (EN)
Accelerated as a result of globalization in the age of information society participation, transparency, individual-oriented service concept, with notions of accountability, such as service providers in all areas, as well as the restructuring of local government presents itself. The local government closest to the citizen restructuring of public administration units, service offerings can be traced to the electronic media reflect the e-municipality applications. In this study, e-government and e-municipality, after explanations of the concepts in the world of information technologies in Turkey and benefit from the process of transformation of local governments serve their presentation will be examined.
