This book contains an explanation of the meanings of the Qur'an verses, both in the form of the explanation of the syllables through the lexicon and the general explanation of the meaning through the sayings of the commentators. It also contains valuable topics about grammar, rhetoric, jurisprudence and beliefs. The author relied on the texts used by the Arabs, such as poetry and prose, as well as the sayings of usulists, jurists and rhetoricians. The author followed a method based on interpreting the Qur'an verses in a surah and left no sentences or words unexplained. The researcher divided this study into two chapters. In the first chapter, the author's personal life, his name, surname, nickname, family and upbringing, as well as his scholarly life, his quest for knowledge, his teachers, his students, his scholarly position and his works are included. In the second chapter, the author's method and manuscript are introduced. The author's method of showing evidence is explained, his sources and references are indicated. In addition, the characteristics and most important points of the method followed by him were explained. In another subheading, it is examined the accuracy of the manuscript attribution to the owner of the book and defined the base copy and the method of interpretation and investigation used. It has also identified the sayings in the text, introduced the people mentioned, and explained the related terms and sects. Also, complex expressions have been explained for readers and researchers. In the and last chapter, the investigated book was evaluated and the most important results obtained in the conclusion of the research were included. The most important of these results are as follows: The author generally followed the method of tafsir with the narratives. He especially attached importance to the context of the Qur'an and highlighted the miraculous aspect of the Qur'an by explaining issues that other scholars and commentators did not explain. He also gave importance to the Qur'anic recitations, whether they are mutawatir or shâz. He brought together different branches of science while explaining and clarifying the meanings of the verses.
