Abstract (EN)
In this study, matrimonial property agreement and the changes that the spouses can make in the regime of participation in acquired property regime will be investigated. These changes are divided into two parts: changes that can be made with the matrimonial property agreement and via written agrement and without such an agreement In addition to mentioned issues, liquidation agreements and other agreements that affect the liquidation of statutory matrimonial property regime are asserted.
