Abstract (EN)
The aim of our study was to explore the relationship between diabetes and associated changes in vitamin D levels, insulin and lipid profile and their effect on insulin resistance in patients with type 1 and 2 diabetes and to search for the strategies of the studies currently in use. Our study showed that the incidence of diabetes increases with age, especially type 2 diabetes, and that type 1 diabetes may affect people at an early age. There was no significant effect of weight. Vitamin D levels were significantly affected, which may indicate that it has a role in contributing to lowering high sugar levels. Interleukin levels were significantly affected, which indicates the effect and development of diabetes with inflammatory diseases. High lipid levels had an effect on diabetes. The issue of the relationship of vitamin D with diabetes is still in need of further studies. Keywords: Type 1 & 2 diabetes, vitamin D, Lipid profile, RBS, Insulin resistance
