Abstract (EN)
The issue of motivation has become a topical issue influencing human behavior in various aspects and fields. As part of the implementation approach to motivation and inducing employee commitment, organizations develop motivation systems to improve employee performance and attract potential workers by offering those rewards and incentives for good performance (Daniel, 2012).
