Enterprises benefit to use of strategic management models (EFQM, Deming, Malcolm Baldridge) to ensure their competitiveness and sustainability, to increase their performance and to ensure their holistic management in the accelerating business ecosystems where enterprises grow and shrink exponentially. The aim of this investigation is to investigate the relationship between EFQM Model and Strategic HRM Practices and Business Performance (Innovation, Market, Financial) in enterprises. A survey was distributed to the middle, senior, and CEO/general manager of 260 enterprises in the members of Turkish Society for Quality. Based the answers of the questionnaire; regression, correlation and other analyzes were carried out with the NCSS (Number Cruncher Statistical System) program. It is concluded that the use of the EFQM model positively affects the strategic HR practices, innovation performance, market performance and financial performance of the enterprises. It has been revealed that there is a positive relationship between the duration of the use the model and the Strategic HR practices and innovation performance of the enterprises, no significant relationship has been found with market performance and financial performance.
