The assesment of the directors opinions devoted to choosing and appointment of the directors

The target of this investigation is the assessment of the persons who will be appoint fort he work of training institutions managements depended on Ministry of National Education training by before and a after duty education and the applications devoted to their appointment.The opinions and thoughts of the total member of the school directors, had taken by this main investigation. The investigation is applied to total 236 directors who are officially present at 69 primary education schools, and 26 secondary education schools; and the thoughts and opinions of those participants had taken in Üsküdar, İstanbul.The result of this investigation can be process such as: The perception of the aimed at directors to the training institutions, their training and devoted to their being appointed; in the Director Assessment Form while the post graduate and doctorate directors who are present on the subject of management are evaluating, there should be a measure that must be more important to consider. The assess points on the assessment form should be increased fort he directors those want to be appointed to their own education institution, and the assess points of the period that passed at education directors as being principle, as agent and as being work given, should be increased.
