Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of the study is to review the views of education managers and social information teachers on out-of-school learning, the attitude, experiences of social information teachers and the experience of education managers in different variables. The research was conducted in 2021-2022 academic year. The study group is composed of education managers and social information teachers who work in the provinces and in Erzurum. Designed for the hybrid pattern approach, both qualitative and quantitative methods are used. The quantitative data for the social information teachers of the study is collected with the "Regulation Scale of Non-School Learning" and "opinion and experience Survey for Non-School Learning Teachers". Quantitative data for education managers was obtained with the "opinion and experience Survey of Education Managers for out-of-School Learning" and qualitative data with "Semi-structured conversation Forms". 120 education managers and 95 social information teachers attended the quantitative part of the study. The qualitative section includes 16 education managers and 23 social information teachers. The analysis of quantitative data is done with SPSS and JAMOVI statistical programs. Qualitative data is subject to content analysis. Research findings show that education managers have a positive view of out-of-school learning and use the method. According to the attitude of social information teachers toward out-of-school learning, it has been determined that there are no differences between male and female teachers, but only significant differences in age variation. The qualitative part of the study found that social information teachers and education managers have knowledge of out-of-school learning, but have problems in implementing it.
