Factors affecting the decision-making process of training managerand an application for educational institutions

Decision-making process, for training managers has a great importance. Entry as a student of organizational systems, the output was successful, received a good education and skills a student has been directed to the appropriate professional to be important in the decision-making process is of course great. Management is decision. Organization is saped depending on taken decisions. Targets will be planned according to the decisions and move towards objectives. In this sense, the training manager who is in decision making position to take healthy, effective, accurate and fast decisions has to know the factors for the decision process and features of decision-making process. Decision-making process is seen as the heart of management of course the domain and organizational purposes abundance that draws attention to the impact on access. A training manager who try to implement the decision making process according to appropriate stage of it will face some obstacles. This research was made to determine the factors which affect managers? decision quality and success of decision implementation process . The right to decide that the organization and employees are designated to correct path. Determination of the correct way, will mean business success and quality products.According to research result, when we look at one to one relation between the features of sub-factors of decision making process of school administrative (the manager's psychological characteristics, decision-making skills, internal factors and institutions outside factors)and decision making process, there is a meaningful relationship between manager's psychological characteristics and manager's decision-making skills competence. However, there is no meaningful relation between inside and outside factors of the Agency.
