Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, demanding on rapid responds of the customer needs from all sectors are the reason of the companies' personal needs. The correct use of the existing personnel of the companies is as important as the personnel requirement. Especially in project-based companies, assigning suitable teams for projects will bring positive results for both the company and the customer. The defense industry sector is also a project-based sector and there are so many team planning problems in this area. It is important to solve team planning problems to increase effectiveness of projects and timely process. While solving team planning problem human factors are as important as project specific constraints. In this thesis, it is aimed to select the most suitable alternatives considering the humanitarian constraints in the team planning problem. For the solving problem of the team assignment in the defense industry company; nine criteria and twenty-six alternatives have been studied. In this work, SWARA (Step-Wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis) method is used to find criteria weights. For the evaluation of the alternatives, TODIM (Iterative Multi Criteria Decision Making) method is used because this method is new in the literature and it is stable.
