2. ABSTRACTTHE BURNOUT LEVELS OF THE TEACHERS WORKING AT SPRECIAL EDUCATIONAL INSTUTITIONS IN ELAZIG AND MALATYA CITY CENTRES AND RELATED FACTORSNowadays people faced coercion to be assertive in all areas, the individual may turn into a long-term stress, burnout as a reason to live. This research has been done, in the center of Elazig and Malatya teachers working in special education and related factors in order to determine the levels of burnout.The study population in the center of Elazig and Malatya consisted of teachers working in special education. The sample was selected and constitute the universe, a total of 252 people were included in the study. Refused to participate in the study, the application is allowed during the study and were not included in the survey who leave unanswered questions and research 225 (89.3%) completed the teacher. Analysis of the data numbers, percentage rates, independent samples t-test, ANOVA and Tukey's HSD.According to the data obtained from the teachers 58.7% of 25-36 years age group and 47.1% of women.Teachers mean score of emotional exhaustion 11.12±6.39, mean score of depersonalization 2.61±2.65 and mean score of personal achievement 7.58 ± 4.18. In this study, has been found to affect the level of burnout, wanting to choose his profession, profession, self-acceptance, approval, happy work environment, finding a sufficient number of school materials, reward and punishment system, co-workers and administrators support the business vision, profession yield level, professional knowledge and factors such as skills to apply (p <0.05).This study found low levels of burnout of teachers working in the field of special education. However, it has been determined that the positive effect of burnout, willingly and consciously to choose the profession, work environment, satisfaction, opportunity to apply professional skills and knowledge. It has been determined that the negative effect of burnout, lack of school?s opportunities, co-workers, administrators, not getting enough support, unfair reward and punishment system.Recommended to ensure that special education teachers to work more efficiently, in accordance with specifications disability groups working to improve the working environment, the positive behavior of teachers, school administrators need to appreciate other ways and means of verbal, support and motivate employees, the administrator-to-teacher, teacher-teacher relationships healthy communication between establishment.Keywords: Burnout, special education, teacher.
