Abstract (EN)

The demand to achieve more accurate and faster control at high power levels, especially in the areas of machine production, primary flight controls, robotic manipulators, motion simulators, injection molding, and material testing machines produced an ideal marriage of hydraulic systems with electronic signal processing. Electrohydraulic systems which are termed promise unique application opportunities and high performance, unmatched by other drive technologies. In this thesis, initially specific attribute of the electro hydraulic components such as on-off, proportional and servo valves where are employ at any drive unit are studied. Besides, some special expressions of electrohydraulic valves are explained. Thus, it will be possible to deeply understand precision, response manner and running condition of the any type of the valve. Most important design criterion is presented to design an electrohydraulic system that is high level, controllable and effective at progressive parts. Finally, electro hydraulic system design is examined by taking industrial applications into account Keywords: Electrohydraulic concepts, proportional and servo valves, electrohydraulic system design.
