Abstract (EN)
Ill SUMMARY In this study, "Electromagnetically Induced Transparency", which has been one of the most interested search subjects for last few years, has examined in every details. The subject's theoretical fundamentals have been examined firstly, and than experimental details have been given. Lastly, possible future applications of subject have been discussed. All calculations have been done by using just quantum mechanics instead of classical and semi classical approximations. It had been possible to understand "Electromagnetically Induced Transparency" situation totally by this way. Than, experimental details of the subject have been discussed. Different applications of new developed quantum mechanical techniques that uses quantum interference and quantum coherence effects, have considered and discussed also. Every one of these applications are very popular search areas today. By this study, a new window has opened to a new, large and amazing search area that uses new invented quantum-optical techniques and "Electromagnetically Induced Transparency" has examined as an example.
