Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the acute effects of post activation potentiation on anaerobic Wingate and SJFT performances in elite wrestlers. The Experimental research model was used in the research. 15 elite male wrestlers between the ages of 18-25 participated in the research by filling out the "Informed Voluntary Consent Form". Athletes performed SJFT and anaerobic Wingate tests after at least 48 hour intervals without bootstrap activity (ÖAY) and after bootstrapping activity squat (ÖAS) and bootstrapping activity Wrestling-Specific press (ÖAGP). In this direction, the research consisted of 3 stages in total, which was carried out on 8 different days. In the first stage, demographic information, body composition, resting heart rate (HR) and 1 repetition maximum (TM) Squat measurements were determined. In the second and third stages, after a standard warm-up for 20 minutes on different days, the randomized method determined ÖAY or ÖAS (3x3 90% 1TM) or ÖAGP (3x 80%, 85%, 90% HR) protocols were applied to the athletes. Afterwards, SJFT and anaerobic Wingate tests were applied to the athletes who rested passively for 8 minutes. The "Statistics 25.0" program was used for statistical analysis of the data. "One-Way Analysis of Variance for Repeated Measures" was used to evaluate the obtained data. The significance level was accepted as 0.05 in all analyzes. A statistically significant difference was found between the ÖAY, ÖAS and ÖAGP groups in the anaerobic Wingate peak power (W) values of the wrestlers and similarly in the SJFT Shooting and SJFT Index values (p < 0,05). In the anaerobic Wingate average power data, although an increase was observed in the performances of the ÖAS and ÖAGP groups compared to the ÖAY group, no statistically significant difference was found (p > 0,05). No statistically significant difference was found in other data (p > 0,05). In addition, when the relationship between the performance parameters of the wrestlers is examined, it is seen that there is a statistically high correlation between peak power and average power, SJFT Index and SJFT shot, SJFT index and SJFT HR0, SJFT HR0 and SJFT HR1min (p < 0,01). As a result, when the findings of this study were examined, it was determined that the ÖAS and ÖAGP protocols had a positive effect on SJFT and Anaerobic Wingate performance. It is thought that high-intensity ÖA in addition to wrestling training and especially pre-competition warm-up may increase performance by creating a PAP effect in athletes.
