The effect of industry 4.0 on work life: The case of Bursa

Industry 4.0; the Internet of things, internet services and cyber-physical systems. With these technologies, some lines of business will disappear and some lines of business will expand. Although technological developments are thought to cause unemployment, it is thought that providing high added value products and services will increase the welfare levels of the countries and increase the standards of social life. In this study, Industry 4.0; In the framework of optimistic and pessimistic views, the effects of work life will be examined. The impact on industry of Turkey and Turkey has put forward position in this industry transformation. In addition, a qualitative research has been conducted on the extent to which the technological components constituting Industry 4.0 are used in local companies in Bursa and their effects.
