School education of the senior class students? contribution to the application of skill education at business enterprises

Rapid development in the process of industrialization leads to disconnection between the systems that make up the society. If industry and education system are taken into consideration , as the level of technology used in industry has improved the qualities of human power change as well. If the education system doesn?t accommodate to the developments occured in industry in time,disconnnection occurs between the two systems and the gained skills in education system becomes invalid in industry.In this research , defectiveness that has been seen in the application of skill education which is performed in Industrial Vocational High Schools where the strongest interaction occurs between the industry and education and what students have taken to the business enterprises from school during this application has been tried to be fixed .For this reason two different surveys have been improved for the industry and the university and the obtained data have been tried to be interpreted in terms of these surveys. The research has been done on 183 business enterprise authorities who work in Beykoz, Ümraniye and Üsküdar, which are the counties of Istanbul,and on 253 experimental students who study at the same region and they have all been chosen by coincidental something. Perception of the student and business enterprises have been evaluated by using defining statistics.The obtained results usually show that the education children have at school has a contribution to the business enterprises ,although it is not that much. Managing authorities agree that students are getting prepared to the business life.The highness of the level of education of education personnel who deal with the skill education increase the level of students? contribution to the business enterprises.Key words : Skills Education,Endustrial and Vocational High School,School-Industry Cooporation.
