Abstract (EN)
Objective: The aim of this study is to measure the tooth bonding of rezin nano-ceramic samples applied with Erbium, Chromium: Yttrium Scandium Gallium Garnet (Er, Cr: YSGG) laser at different strengths by using shear bond test. Method: In this study, Lava Ultimate is made of ceramic blocks and periodontal. A total of 70 teeth were divided into 7 groups according to the dentin school and the ceramic surface treatment (n=10). Group 1; control group, Group 2, dentin: 1.5 W Er,CrYSGG laser and ceramic chamber sandblasting, Group 3, dentin part 1.5 W and accommodation 2W Er,Cr:YSGG laser, Group 4, dentin chamber 2 W Er,Cr :YSGG laser and ceramic painting process, Group 5, 2 W in dentin and 2W in accommodation Er,Cr:YSGG laser, Group 6, 3W in dentine Er,Cr:YSGG laser and ceramic painting process, Group 7, dentin 3 W and ceramic coating 2W Er,Cr:YSGG laser was applied. After the surface treatment was applied to the samples, roughness measurements were made with a profilometer. Application of thermal application after cementation of surface measurements sample. The samples were subjected to a test of 0.05 mm from the control without applying force at the head speed exceeded in the Examples, and the critiques were analyzed with a stereomicroscope at x25 magnification. Electron microscopy (SEM) analysis of each scan with a sample was performed. SPSS 23.0 program for statistical analysis. The statistical level of p<0.05 was accepted. Results: According to the results of the study, it was observed that the highest bond strength values were obtained with the 2W laser application in the preparation of the dentin surface with Er,Cr:YSGG laser, microcracks could occur on the dentin surface at higher doses and could lead to a decrease in bond strength values. It was observed that laser application increased the surface roughness of the dentin surface, but there was no positive correlation between the increase in roughness and shear bond strength. At the same time, it has been seen that the sandblasting process applied to the ceramic surface is a more effective process than the laser process. Conclusion: According to the results of the study, it was observed that the highest bond strength values were obtained with the 2W laser application in the preparation of the dentin surface with Er,Cr:YSGG laser, microcracks could occur on the dentin surface at higher doses and could lead to a decrease in bond strength values. It was observed that laser application increased the surface roughness of the dentin surface, but there was no correlation between the increase in roughness and shear bond strength. At the same time, although the sandblasting process applied to the ceramic surface creates less roughness than the laser process, it was observed that it produced better results in terms of bond strength values. Key words: Hybrid ceramics, Er; Cr: YSGG laser, Shear bond strength
