Perceptation of parents, adaptations and problematic internet usage in adolescents

Internet usage is irrevocable neccesity with groving technology in human's life. Frequency of internet usage is growing each day with problematic internet usage among as a rick group in adolescent. Aim of the this study that examine to relationship between problematic internet usage and adolescent' parent perceptation and adaptation level. Sample of the study constituted by 400 students who are 9., 10. 11. and 12. class students in Avcılar in İstanbul. Informed concept, Robbins perceptation of parents scale, Reynolds adolescent adaptation inventory, problematik internet usage scale has used in this study. Parental Perception decreases as problematic Internet usage increases. There was a weak and inverse relationship between Problematic Internet Usage and Parent Perception.
