Construct validity was tested through factor analysis, criterion-related was tested by cronbach alpha test re-test reliability and coefficient It was realized from the explanatory factor analysis carried out with varymax rotation method that ADMQ contained five factors and 30 items were loaded on the same factors as in its original form. The criterion was analyzed with the correlation of ADMQ with Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), with State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC) and with Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (CSEI) were investigated. The criterian related validity of the questionnaire was tested bu examining its corelation with CDI, STAIC and CSEI scale scores. A significant negative corelation between maladaptive styles of ADMQ and CDI was found. A positive corelation between maladaptive styles of ADMQ and CSEI were also determined. Item reliability analysis indicated a very high significant values with cronbach alpha, corrected item-total corelation and test re-test corelation. 1 X.
