Abstract (EN)
In this work, preliminary studies to put composit material consisting nanosilver to masterbatch and polyester filament yarn spinning in various cross sections and fiber types were done. Afterwards characterization methods and other pyhsical and chemical analyses were applied to developed masterbatch and polyester yarn to study the effect of nanosilver composite on masterbatch and polyester yarn properties. Eventually bacteria tests were performed using ASTM 2149 test standart to develope nanosilver added polyester filament yarns. For characterization tests of masterbatch and polyester yarn, SEM, EDX, XRD, NANOSIZER, DSC, TGA methods were applied with other chemical (viscosity, ash, COOH etc) and pyhsical analyses (tenacity, elongation, shrinkage) with different test standarts and machines.
