Abstract (EN)

Many individuals throughout the world struggle with infertility. It is the most difficult issue, especially for married individuals, and may lead to psychiatric problems. Q10 is a naturally occurring oxidant that helps preserve other antioxidants. Q10 levels differ across individuals. It is critical for improving sperm motility patterns. Because of Q10's therapeutic impact, some men who are experiencing infertility problems due to anthological disorders may be able to resolve these issues. Because men have less Q-10 in their seminal fluid, sperm move more slowly. A number of studies have shown that a rise in Q10 naturally improves sperm motility. The Iraqi city of Thi Qar hosted the prospective randomized placebo-controlled trial. The trial used ninety-nine male infertile participants to administer Q10. This work suggests that the enzyme Q10 can enhance sperm motility, morphology, and concentration. The chart showed that men's interest in using enzyme Q10 for therapy decreased with age. It is believed that the degree of education significantly influences this group's perception of the illness and their level of persuasion towards the Q-10 treatment plan. The research findings revealed that the patients' dosages, PH, and semen volume were lower than those of the control group, but Pus cells were higher. This suggests that increasing the amount of coenzyme Q10 may significantly improve infertile men's capacity. Additionally, the findings demonstrated a significant correlation between Q En 10 and viscosity in the patient groups. We applied the theoretical aspect to our work and verified the efficacy of QE10. We also compared it with a medicinal compound (L-carnitine) provided as a nutritional supplement for male infertility through the MOE program. The results were positive when we looked at the energy of the compound's binding with the hormone LH, with the compound having an energy value of -10.223. Its use as a complement to diet and medicine for male infertility treatment is more compelling and supportive. Keywords: Co Q10, Male fertility, Fertility hormones, Antioxidation, Sperm
