Abstract (EN)
This thesis, includes es-Seyyid Abdulvahhab ed-Derizbini Hodja Efendi?s, who lived betweed 1912-1967, life and Works, the verification and analysis of fatwas about canon laws, works refered to them, the reasons of choices and authors. The research consists of introduction and three parts. In the introduction part, the theme, purpose, the methot of verification and analysis, fatwa and history are mentioned. In the first part, the life, works, and the period he lived of Derizbini are informed. In the second part, the contents, subject and methots of Derizbini?s fatwas are refered and the technique mistakes are handled by giving examples of comparisons Arabic expressions which are told in fatwas. Besides, the authors who are refered by Derizbini?s fatwas, their works and reasons choices are informed about. In the third part, verification text is given. In the last part, the results of our research are mentioned. Keywords: Derizbini, fatwa, verification, analysis
