Today, competition is increasing. This competition depends on to survive and be able to keep up with the times businesses. Businesses are the most important factor in terms of human resources. That the ethical climate in the organization to make the most efficient form of human resources and provision of employee job satisfaction and thus it is necessary to increase their commitment to the organization. The high increase of employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment and performance level will increase their productivity.
